Lakeshore Talent is seeking a skilled Executive Assistant for a full-time, contract-to-hire opportunity. This role will support executive leadership and assist with office administration to ensure operational efficiency and effective cross-departmental collaboration.
Targeted Salary Range: $65,000-70,000 annually upon conversion
Schedule: Abbreviated hybrid schedule, 2-3 days onsite per week and shortened days on Fridays!
Location: Greenwood Village
Key Responsibilities:
- Office Management:
- Coordinate All Staff Meetings, retreats, and collaboration events.
- Maintain office operations, including supplies, equipment, mail processing, and vendor relations.
- Organize and manage contracts, invoices, and document storage.
- Executive Support:
- Provide administrative assistance to the executive team, including scheduling, reports, and presentations.
- Plan and organize 3-5 Board meetings annually, preparing agendas, materials, and minutes.
- Manage communications, strategic plan documents, and electronic filing systems.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma and 5+ years of experience in an administrative or executive support role (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Proficient in Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint).
- Event and travel planning experience is required.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Positive attitude, confidentiality, and ability to work independently.
- Ability to travel 3-6 times per year.
